Academic Success Center
The center provides students and faculty with a “one-stop shop” for all the university’s academic support resources. The Office of Academic Advising and Support Services advises, supports and guides students from the first semester to the last, in everything from course planning to reading skills to test anxiety. Whether you need a textbook or a Lipscomb -shirt, head over to the bookstore. In addition to ordering textbooks, e-books and finding other best-selling reads, the bookstore also carries Lipscomb apparel and gifts, computer products, supplies and other things that come in handy for classes and projects. Career Development Center
Students and alumni have access to a continually updated database of full-time and part-time jobs and internships. We can provide resume writing assistance, interview preparation and job search assistance. (lower level, Bennett Campus Center)
We offer a range of counseling services provided by licensed professional counselors and marital and family therapists for students. Access to our full range of counseling services is available to currently enrolled university students and employees only. Students and employees receive priority scheduling; alumni may be accommodated when therapists’ schedules permit. Information Technology (IT)
The Student Help Desk is your place for IT support. Our staff can reset your network password, or help you with common network, email or other software issues. If you are on-campus, then please come see us. We are located on the main floor of Beaman Library. As you enter the building, turn left and we are located at the end of the Circulation Desk. Intercultural Engagement and Development
We want to assist students by serving as their advocate and mentor, to equip them with positive coping skills and to provide a safe-haven of belonging for students. (lower level, Bennett Campus Center)

One of the main functions of the registrar’s office is to facilitate registration for classes. However, the office serves students and former students in many ways. We handle transcript production as well as enrollment verifications, drop/adds, certification of veterans' benefits, and overall maintenance of academic records. Security & Safety
Office hours are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Additional evening hours are added during the regular school year. Officers are on duty 24/7 every day and may be reached by calling 615.966.7600 or dialing 7600 from any on-campus phone. (lower level, southeast end of Elam Hall)?
The major role of Testing Services is to supervise the administration of both psychological tests and educational tests. Psychological tests include: personality type indicators, vocational interest inventories, and marital and premarital assessments. Educational tests include: MAT, CLEP, SAT, ACT and PRAXIS. In addition to administering tests, we provide interpretation of test results for individuals and groups. (lower level, Beaman Library)
In recognition of the selfless service of our military men and women since September 11, 2001, Lipscomb participates in the Yellow Ribbon Program at the highest level. That means a full-tuition award for eligible military veterans and/or their families who wish to earn an undergraduate degree. Some of Lipscomb's graduate programs also offer an award of varying amounts (some up to full-tuition) for military veterans. (lower level, Bennett Campus Center)

The Writing Studio is here to help you perfect what you already do well. It is a place where you can get a new perspective on your writing style and content, to share your thoughts with others who want to help you succeed, and to refresh your memory of the rules of Standard American English.
