History

The study of history is a search for an understanding of the human experience. As an essential part of a liberal arts education, the history student is exposed to a variety of cultures and nationalities. Trying to assess the past leads to a study of individuals, beliefs, and events and their impact on societies, and through a subjective analysis of the past, we are better equipped to understand the present.
